No one should be under or near the man basket during a lift.

Why It Matters:

Falling tools, unsecured materials, or a mechanical failure can cause serious injury or death to anyone below.

Key Points:

• Set up clearly marked exclusion zones beneath the lift path.
• Use barricades, cones, or tape — and keep them maintained.
• Stop the lift immediately if anyone enters the danger zone.
• Store tools inside the basket properly to prevent drops.

✅ Clear ground = clear safety.

Ask the Crew:

• Is the ground area properly secured today?
• Are barricades up and visible?
• Do we have a spotter watching the lift zone?
